Kevin does an amazing job on this video as he delves into the world of Cosplay asking some of the attendees about their costumes. Lessoned learned as he soon finds out... they're not costumes! I may not do a ton of videos and let's be honest I'm still pretty bad at the ones that I do, but at least they're fun! Point in case, talking to Frank Cho will always be a highlight of working on Comic Bastards. I've enjoyedLiberty Meadows since discovering it and more so I've enjoyed Cho's art since the first panel the blessed my eyes. I would rank this interview thingy up there with my video with Chynna Clugston Flores since it had the same effect on me where my Fanboy metered was spiking. Hope you enjoy it!

A while back we reviewed a book called Man of God from Pinwheel Press. It scored pretty high in my book so when the oppurtunity to talk to them at C2E2 came along I did that! I'll admit it wasn't my best interview, but hey... I'm growing. At any rate check out the video and the review, I highly encourage you to check out the book that goes on sale soon!

If there is one other major hobby that we enjoy around Comic Bastards it's video games, so when we found a bunch of arcade cabinets with old school games we had never heard of it was kind of a no brainer to check it out. Soon enough we were talking with Robert Pereyda about Bandai Namco's comic initiative that will hopefully help in the revitalisation of this old school games. First of all a big thank you to Erin our awesome podcast producer/videographer for not only putting up with our shit for an entire weekend, but for recording and editing this bad ass video. Seriously I was impressed when I saw it and I'm fucking in it. On a completely unrelated note though, who wants to eat right and hit the gym with me... anyone? If you're one of those people that find us funny then you may just laugh or making a snorting sound that causes others to look at you in disgust. All I can say is that by the time C2E2 rolls around we'll be seasoned vets at this shit... or something.

I don't remember anything from the interview because meeting and talking to Chynna has been a highlight of my comic career. Seriously, I think I even fuck up saying her name I'm that bad. I'll be the first to admit that I'm not a great interviewer, but one of the things I enjoyed about my exerience at Wonder Con was talking to people I've only spoken to via email. I've been a supporter of Action Lab Entertainment's books since the start of Comic Bastards and that's largely due to the types of books they put out. I had a chance to talk to Dave about their titles and the company in general and let me just say that there are some exciting announcements coming from them that we'll hopefully have more on when they can announce it. What a week huh? If you thought we were going to drag ass because of Wonder Con you were half right! Sure Kevin and I are totally burnt, but then we decided to roll out a new website and logo. Why am I telling you all this? Because I'm sitting on some totally awesome interviews from Wonder Con! The first is with Zen the writer of Pink Power and Project 17. I talked about Project 17 on the podcast a while back and will definitely have a review up for it some time soon. In the mean time enjoy the interview and check out his site if you'd like to pick up the books for yourself and read them.
