First Footage of Disney and Marvel's Big Hero 6... Kinda

You know why I'm sharing this? Because I sat through a fucking trolley going down a hill in a city expecting something to happen. Nothing did, just a fucking trolley ride. Does the city look beautiful? Yes it does. I'm surprised that this is making it's way to the normal silver screen, but I guess it makes sense with Disney's CG focus. Enjoy the trolley if you bother to watch it.

Hope You Didn't Eat Breakfast -- Here's He-Man's New Look

 

That's the new look for He-Man that will be premiering in the July issue of He-Man and the Masters of the Universe. Who designed this piece of crap? Furry shoulder pads? A chest piece that looks more like a bullet proof vest brick red and purple pants... this costume sucks. Nothing about it is cool or even remotely iconic. I hope it's just for issue four because this isn't inspiring a lot of confidence.

Stop Talking About This Star Wars Disney Spoof Because It Sucks

I've seen this floating all over the net and everyone's saying the same thing, "It's the best spoof that mixes Disney and Star Wars that I've seen." Well, it sucks. The only thing it has going for it is that Leia is hot. The rest isn't funny and very predictable. You can watch it after the jump or save yourself the time and read a book or something.

This Is A Thing: Walking Dead Mystery Mini Figures

I love mystery figs as much as the next adult that spends too much money and bullshit like this, but why do these all suck? Daryl and Merle? That's it? Good call on having two versions of each one that way when I get a fucking green zombie and everyone asks what it is I can take way too long to explain it. I Don't Care What You Say, This He-Man Toy Cover Sucks

I've been seeing this cover all damn week and people are acting like it's actually fucking cool, well it's not. Also you have to jump through mad fucking hoops to get it at an unreasonable price. Do you see those creator names on the book? I'm surprised to see them attached to the title, but I'm not hopeful that their story has somehow crawled out of the shadow of Mattel's control. If you want this thing, you have to buy and thus commit yourself to a one year subscription to the book. Pass. Biggest reason this book sucks? Orko is on the cover, nuff said.

Get Ready - DC Reveals Eight More WTF Covers

I thought maybe the cheesy captions on the cover was stealing the impact of the WTF's, but the next three after the jump are what we call virgin covers and they're actually worse. Especially the Vibe cover. I haven't checked that series out and frankly I don't find it too interesting from what I've read about it so the cover was less than thrilling. I'm really disappointed in this promotion since nothing has been shocking and really all the issues are doing is announcing the next story arc or a costume change. I'm sure they'll probably still sell like hot cakes though, just not to me.

These Man of Steel Action Figures Suck Ass

Nope, I'm not even going to try and sugar coat it for you. They suck, a lot. Why the fuck is her head so out of proportion? Seriously look at that shit! Also it's good to know that they got the same costume designer from Chronicles of Riddick because it would have been a crying shame to have some cool. Also, where the fuck is her family seal? This Spider-Men Cycling Suit Will Have Your Nuts Asking For Air

I thought we were over cycling? Hell I didn't care about it before Lance Armstrong admitted to doping and I don't care now either. Doesn't the guy have only one nut? Or no nuts? That means he has no sex drive and that's punishment enough, but if you want to punish yourself by looking like the biggest ass in the world you can get this Spider-Man cycling suit. It's not as cool as the Pee Wee Herman suit, but it's way better than the Tron one.

How'd This Sneak By? 2 Guns Movie... It Looks Terrible

 

2 Guns was one of the first comics I ever picked up from Boom Studios and it wasn't very good. The first two issues were decent, but by the third issue I was already committed to seeing how it ended and so I stuck with it. I kind of wish I hadn't. Well it's a movie and I have no idea how it flew under the radar or maybe I just completely missed it. After the jump you can see the first picture from it and really it could be anything. It stars Denzel Washedupinton and Mark WishIcouldgetridofyouberg and is directed by Robert Zemeckis who used to be a good director and a name you could trust. Since the comic wasn't that good to begin with and two actors I can't stand have been cast in the leads I think I'll give this one a pass already. It could be great in someone's mind, but I'm unwilling to sit through another movie starring either of those actors, yet alone together in one film. Film releases August 16th in theater and Redbox like two weeks after.
