I don't know what the stories are going to be like, but Brett Booth has some cool looking redeigns for Blue Devil and Black Lightning. Too bad they'll be appearing in DC Comics Presents #13 which is written by Andreyko and drawn by Robson Rocha. You'll notice there isn't a picture of Rocha's version of the redesigns. Still that Blue Devil is pretty fucking cool and I'm not someone who thought that the old design sucked. Black Lightning is just whatever, without color it looks like a bunch of lines and goggles.
