Well it looks like Kaare Andrews is getting to helm the prequel to Cabin Fever subtitled, Patient Zero. No real big deal because Karre directed before. He made his directorial debut in the movie called Altitude.


So no real news here, I just wanted to think about all of the creative...choices that he took with Emma. For that I say, congrats on scoring the flick brother!
