FCBD 2013: Here's What Action Lab Entertainment Has To Offer

Action Lab Entertainment is excited to announce the solicitation of two separate titles for the next Free Comic Book Day (FCBD), scheduled for May 4, 2013.

The first title is Molly Danger/Princeless, which contains two self-contained, all-new stories.  It features Princeless, Action Lab’s Eisner-nominated flagship title, written by series creator Jeremy Whitley, as well as the most anticipated heroine of 2013, Molly Danger, created by fan favorite Jamal Igle.  This is a teaser for the full-color premium hardcover that Igle will publish later in 2013.

Action Lab’s second FCBD offering is NFL Rush Zone: Season of the Guardians, which also contains two stories by the series’ regular creative teams–writers Kevin Freeman and Jeremy Whitley and illustrators M. Goodwin and Jerry Gaylord.

Both books are full-color, 32 pages, will appeal to readers of all ages, and, of course, free.

“We are thrilled to be offering not one, but two separate books for Free Comic Book Day 2013,” said Action Lab president Kevin Freeman.  ”We believe both of these titles are of the highest quality, and showcase the type of material that we are capable of creating.  Fans and retailers are going to be blown away by both of these titles.”

This is Action Lab’s first venture into creating printed material for Free Comic Book Day.  Last year, ALE did Action Lab Confidential, a 200-page digital sampler of all of its existing material at the time.
