DC's Really Lost Their Shit... Rob Liefeld Added As Co-Writer Thrice

If there is one thing that Rob Liefeld sucks at more than art is writing. He has no sense of narrative and is the Michael Bay of comics.

"Give everyone a gun the size of a motorcycle and just let them start shooting crap."

"But Rob, what does that have to do with saving the little girl?"

"What little girl?"

"You know, the one that we've been trying to save for four issues."

"Well if you didn't get her saved already... she's dead."

I imagine that most of his "writing" meetings go down something like that, just replace "little girl" with "world" or "lover" and you've got it covered. At any rate, DC is fucking crazy now and have attached this jackass to the following books as co-writer: Deathstroke, Grifter and Savage Hawkman.

I guess these books are the next approaching the chopping block, because that's the only reason I can see pairing Rob Liefeld with Nathan Edmondson. Have you read The Activity? He doesn't need Liefeld telling him what to blow up, he needs DC to back the fuck off. Sigh this is all terrible news as Deathstroke and Grifter were two of my go-to books to read. I guess I"ll drop off around issue nine and wait for Liefeld to leave or the book to get cancelled.
