PR: ComiXology Does Stuff!

Just in time for NYCC, ComiXology announced that Marvel will no longer be exclusive to the iOS and Chrome Store anymore and will be available on the Android platform. What's that? When will it be on the Windows Phone platform? Let me check... no time soon. But if you have the phone (like I do) then you can at least read DC books. Their second announcement was that IDW is now available on ComiXology. I find this to be a bit of surprise since IDW was doing well on their own with their one core app and then the individual highlight apps like Transformers. But at last the digital monopoly keeps on going and soon we'll all just be renting our comics and hoping that ComiXology doesn't go under.
